福州市某综合性医院城镇老年患者住院费用调查与分析

目的：探讨目前医疗保险制度对城镇老年患者住院费用的影响，为建立合理的费用支付机制提供依据。方法：对2008年1-4月住院的老年患者的医疗费用进行分析，观察其费用构成比例。结果：老年患者医疗费用负担较重，尤其是非医保患者，而高龄患者与其他老年患者相比医疗服务的可及性下降。结论：建立老年医疗援助制度，缓解老年人的就医费用负担。

Investigation and analysis of elderly patients' hospitalization costs in Fuzhou city

Objective： To explore the effect of current medical insurance system on the elderly patients＇ hospitalization costs, and to provide support for building a reasonable payment mechanism. Methods： Data of the hospitalization costs of elderly patient from January to April in 2008 were examined. The proportion of the costs was analysed. Results： The elderly patients were heavily burdened with medical costs, especially for the patients with non-medical insurance. The medical services gained by the patients were reduced with the age growing. Conclusion： A new medical aid system for the elderly should be set up in order to relieve the burden of the costs.
