论我国高等教育办学自主权

扩大高等学校办学自主权是高等教育法赋予高校的基本权利,但在招生自主、专业设置、教学管理、财务自主及国际学术交流等方面的自主权并没有完全落实.扩大我国高等教育办学自主权是现代社会发展的客观要求,要采取切实的措施,落实高等教育法对高校办学自主权的若干规定.

On Expansion of Decision-Making right of Colleges and Universities

To expand the decision making right of colleges and universities to run their own affairs is a kind of basic principle of them to whom Higher Educational Law entrusted. But the right to handle their own affairs has not been really fulfilled in enrollment right, professional arrangement, teaching management,financial right and international academic exchange, etc. To expand the decision making right of colleges and universities to run their own affairs is an objective requirement of our modern society development. So we should take some practicable measures to expand their own decision making right and really carry out several provisions of Higher Educational Law.
