摘    要:"歧视"概念及有关模型是分析劳动力市场的重要理论工具.对郑州市的测算表明,考虑到福利补贴等因素,许多岗位根本就不存在农民工对本地人的"逆歧视",至少替代效应不像仅就货币工资来说表现出来的那么大.如果全部取消国家对城市居民的就业和福利特权,至少在非正规就业等特定领域,农民工将表现出更强的就业竞争力.应深化相关制度改革,对农民实行补偿性人力资本投资政策.

Abstract:The conception of discrimination and its concerned mode are the important theoretic means for analyzing labor market. Measuring and calculating the condition of Zhengzhou city shows that in many posts there basically not exist "antidiscrimination' of peasant workers to local people, where the factors of material benefits have been considered, at least the substitute effect is not so large as only the money wage showed. If all the employment and benefits given by the state to the urban inhabitants are removed, at least in the non-formal specific employment fields, the peasants will show still stronger employment competition force. It is necessary to deepen concerned system reform and to carry out compensatory manpower capital investment policy for peasant workers.
