中共三代中央领导集体反腐败比较研究

党的三代中央领导集体高度重视反对和防止腐败工作,由于社会历史条件的不同,三代中央领导集体在反腐败的认识和实践上于诸多方面各有建树和侧重,既一脉相承,又创新发展,带有深刻的时代烙印,表现出突出的阶段性特征。通过对三代中央领导集体反腐败认识和实践的比较研究,得出的结论是,任何社会历史时期,反腐败必须顺应社会物质基础、体制条件和外部环境的重大变化,具有法制保证、政治保证和思想保证,与经济发展要求相适应,与社会发展相协调,与人民群众需要相符合,才能取得良好的反腐倡廉的政治经济综合效益。

A Study of the Anti-corruption Work by the Leading Collective of the Three Generations of the C. C. of the CPC

The leading collective of the three generations of the C.C.of the CPC pay much attention on the opposing and preventing corruption work.But owing to the different history conditions,with regard to that work they have their own stress points and constructions in many respects repspectively,but also have the same strain and still have innovation and development.Through the study of the comparison among their experiences we may conclude that in any social history time,the anti-corruption work must be in agreement with the social material foundation,the social development and the need of the people and the masses;still,must have legal,political and thinking guarantee,only then the good result can be reached.
