| 摘 要： | 加快科技成果向生产力转化是现代经济社会发展的一个永恒主题.本文在阐明科技成果向生产力转化的重大作用和意义的基础上,从产品生成和发展的内在规律出发,提出了促进科技成果转化的"链条理论"以及加快科技成果向生产力转化的指导思想、基本方针和应该特别关注的几个问题,并结合实际提出了具有操作性的对策建议.

| Abstract: | Speeding up transforming scientific and technical results to productive force is a constant subject for the development of modern economic society. Under the foundation of clarifying the important action and significance about transforming scientific and technical results to productive force and starting from the internal rule of the production and the development of the product, this paper puts forward the "linking theory" and the directing thought for speeding up transforming scientific and technical results to productive force, the fundamental principle and some questions that should be specially valued; and by combining with reality, puts forward some operational counter-measure suggestions. |
