| 摘 要： | 国家信息政策问题是近几十年来各国都颇为关注的一个问题。国家信息政策过程与所有政策过程一 样,都以政策需求为起点。中国是否存在国家信息政策需求?本文从信息资源管理、信息产业发展和信息技术运用 三个方面,对中国当前的信息政策需求进行了较为系统的分析。

| Abstract: | The question of the state information policy is one quite noted by various countries for recent several decades. Like the process of all policies, the process of the state information policy takes the policy needs as starting point. Thus we may ask if there is any policy needs in our country. In this paper, from the respects of information resources administration, information industry development and application of information technology, the needs of our country's present information policy is systemically analyzed. |
