| 摘 要： | 不同的学科对制度有不同的理解,社会学和制度经济学对制度的理解都存在着过于宽泛的缺陷。从政治一哲学、政治一伦理学的视角,严格规范地理解制度更接近其原初意义。制度的意义在于:制度是从非个人角度关系表达人与人之间的权利一义务关系;制度是理性化的社会演进历史与逻辑预设的统一体;制度是一种社会整合和行为引导机制。

| Abstract: | Different disciplines have different comprehension for institution. The institution understood by both sociology and institution economics is excessively wide and defective in range, but it is easier to close the institution's original meaning by perceiving the institution seriously and comprehensively in the field of politics, philosophy as well as ethics. The meaning of institution lies in: It is a kind of expression for relationship of rights and duties among persons from the angle of non - personai relationship; it is also an entity of history of rationalized society evolution and logic presupposition. And then it is the mechanism of social integration and behavior guiding. |
