| 摘 要： | 高校社科学报要走出发展困境,加强学报的地域性特色是解决途径之一。地域性特色可以体现在历史文化、地理位置、风俗习惯、经济发展现状以及高校自身的专业优势等方面。要办出具有鲜明地域性特色的刊物,办刊者应转变观念、开门办刊;精心策划、审慎定向;善于经营,大力宣传推介;注重提高编辑综合素质。

| Abstract: | Evincement of regional features of university journals is a solution to the problems that have confronted them.Regional features manifest themselves in the history,culture,geographical portion,customs and economy of the place where the university is located as well as in the strengths of the university itself.To evince such features in a journal,the runner should change his ideology,fix the orientation of his journal and improve the qualities of the editors. |
