顾炎武与"文选学"--以《日知录》为例

"文选学"从明代发展到清代,实现了由点评到实证的重大转变,生活在明清之交的顾炎武,则是实现这一转变的开路人.他的治<选>成就集中体现在其名著<日知录>中.其贡献主要是以<文选>入选作品及李注为原始文献,阐释古代典章礼仪,窥测传统文化习俗,阐发文学思想,探讨文体特点及文体流变等.他对所有问题的探讨,都能穷源溯本,援古证今,反复参考,戒发空论,奠定了清代实证学风的良好基础.

Gu Yanwu and "Wen-Xuan Xue"--Taking Ri-Zhi-Lu for Example

Great Changes from review to demonstration had taken place about "Wen Xuan Xue" during the transition period from the Ming to the Qing dynasty. And Gu Yanwu, as an accomplished forerunner, made great contributions in this very change which is mainly embodied in his masterpiece Ri Zhi Lu. Taking the selected works in Wen Xuan and Li Shan's annotation for them as primal bibliography, he tried to interpret the ancient regulations and rituals, to spy out the traditional culture and customs, to elucidate the literary mind, to probe into the stylistic features and variations and things like that. In the same time, Gu Yanwu laid a good foundation for the demonstrating style of study in the Qing dynasty by tracing or quoting original facts or materials to support his judgements and not by expressing empty comments instead.
