| 摘 要： | 大学生作为一群高智商、高文化和高自我价值的群体，其理想与追求都有明确的目的性，当他们面临着更多、更大的挑战与机遇时，心理压力与冲突很大，就业心理问题突出。文章对大学生在就业过程中表现出的心理问题及原因进行了分析，提出了调适大学生心理问题的若干对策。

| Abstract: | As a group with high IQ,good education and self-value,college students have a definite purpose of their ideal and pursuit.When they are faced with more and more challenges and opportunities,they will suffer from more psychological stress and conflicts,especially psychological problems.The article,through analyzing college students' psychological problems and their causes in seeking a job,puts forward several countermeasures for dealing with them. |
