治理视阈下中国共产党政治动员的优化

政治动员是中国共产党为推动重大目标任务的完成而经常采用的法宝。政治动员的实施，卓有成效地保证了我们党在革命战争年代和社会主义建设时期许多重大目标任务的实现。然而，随着社会的转型，我党政治动员的基础发生嬗变，在这样的时代背景下，要继续发挥中国共产党政治动员的优势，从治理理论的视角看，必须在遵循法治原则的基础上，一方面，通过我党自身的努力，强化党对社会意识形态的引领，提升党对社会的整合能力，另一方面，通过与包括民间组织在内的各种治理主体的合作，实现由单一政党的政治动员向多元主体共同参与的社会动员转变。
