| 摘 要： | 随着社会经济的快速发展，资源与经济的可持续发展问题越来越受到人们的重视，中国大多数资源型城市已经或正在进行经济转型。文章以来阳市为例，首先阐述了煤炭资源型城市经济转型的必要性，其次结合耒阳市煤炭资源特点，对耒阳市经济转型的有利条件与面临的挑战进行分析，最后提出了来阳市经济转型的路径。
