| 摘 要： | 文章在对我国居民财产性收入现状分析的基础上，剖析了我国财产性收入存在的问题，并提出了完善初次分配、创新金融体系、保障低收入者利益等增加我国居民财产性收入的建议。

| Abstract: | Based on the analysis of the current condition of the domestic residents＇ property income, this paper explored the property income problems in our country. By that, it put forward following proposals to increase the residents＇ property income： improve the initial distribution, irmovate the financial system and, guarantee the lower- income households＇ interest. |
