和谐社会进程中非公有制企业党建工作探索

With the advancing of reforming and opening to the world,non-public enterprises play a much more important role in our country's economy.It is the important component of socialistic market economy.At present,under the background of the building of a social harmonious society and all-round development of a well-to-do society,how to strengthen Party's leading of non-public enterprises and make it contribute to social harmonious society is a bright point of the work of Party's building.The article mainly discusses the challenges and opportunities which the work of Party's building about non-public enterprises is faced with in the course of harmonious society,analyses the existing problems and puts forward new ideas of thinking and methods of developing the work of Party's building about non-public enterprises.
