当前农村基层民主选举存在的问题与对策

The Problem and Countermeasure of the Democratic Election of the Current Village Grass Roots

Democratic election of village grass roots is one of the important contents of democracy of village grass roots. It brings political ardor of numerous farmers into play and impels the development of village political civilization, spiritual civilization and material civilization. However, there are nonegligible problems in current election of village commission to some extent. It is harm to the healthy development of villagers' autonomy and village social stability. This paper discusses the problems exist in the democratic election of village grass roots and analyze the reasons of such problems. Besides, it proposes some countermeasures based on the study above. To study these problems have important doctrine and operation significance to perfect the democratic election of village grass roots and to accelerate the democracy construction of village grass roots.
