| 摘 要： | 澳门娱乐博彩场员工收取的小费是否构成报酬在社会上存在争议,文章从对法院判决的讨论入手,经过分析认为,此类小费应视为报酬,员工加班的补偿标准应按所有收入计算,并且讨论了司法的一些技术问题。

| Abstract: | There is a dispute on whether the tips the Macau gaming entertainment field staff charge is the remuneration or not. By discussing the court decision, this article makes an analysis and regards the tips charged as the remuneration and the compensation standard of overtime work for the staff should be calculated on all income. This article also explores some technical problems of justice. |
