湖南文化创意产业发展思路和对策分析

摘    要:创意产业作为一个以创造性为主体的知识密集型产业,对创意人才的依赖尤为突出。优质的教育、文化、自然、新闻、出版等城市软件,是培育创意阶层的前提条件;宽容的社会、独特的城市人文精神对创意人才的吸引力更是无法估量。根据集群理论和产业核心竞争力理论,从分析湖南文化创意产业发展的现状入手,确定了湖南文化创意产业发展的方向和思路,提出了培养壮大湖南文化创意产业的一系列具体措施。

Abstract:Creative industry is a creativity - oriented knowledge - intensive industry, and obviously relies on creative talents. City softwares, such as the education, culture, nature, news, publishing with high quality, are the prerequisite to cultivate creative class. Easy society and special city humanistic spirit are of great attraction to creative talents. According to Cluster theory and Industry Core theory, we begin with analyzing the current condition of the development of Hunan's cultural creative industry, confirm the developing direction and ideas, then pro vides a series of countermeasures on how to cultivate and enhance Hunan' s cultural creative industry.
