The Financial Effects of Major Industrial Projects in Hengyang

Major industrial projects have become an important pillar to stimulate local economic growth and an important source to increase general budget revenue. The main influences that major industrial projects have on the fiscal revenue are the scale and the structure of it. In this paper, on the basis of analyzing the existing problems, the author carries out a typical research into the financial effects of major industrial projects in Hengyang city. And the paper provides theoretical basis for increasing the fiscal revenue and also offers some suggestions for the government policy in the development of major industrial projects in Hengyang.
