| 摘 要： | 《拉格泰姆时代》是美国犹太作家多克托罗的第四部小说。小说中描写了一系列复制和变形的意象，引起读者对于自身生存状况的深切思考。文章通过分析认为，这些意象和写作手法反映了后工业时代机械复制对人类物质生活和精神生活的影响，以及变形思想在抵制复制危机中所起到的作用。文章旨在阐明在这一对哲学上二元对立的观念之间既互相联系又相互冲突的辩证关系，传达作者多克托罗关注社会与人类命运的人文主义倾向。

| Abstract: | Ragtime is the fourth novel of E.L.Doctorow,a Jewish American writer.The novel contains a series of images about duplication and transformation,which arouses reader’s profound concern on their existential condition.According to the analysis of the images and writing technique,the paper reflects the influences of mechanical duplication on both material and spiritual life of human society in a post-industrial society.It aims to illustrate the dialectical relationship of duplication and transformation,the binary oppositions in philosophical sense and to convey the humanistic tendency of Doctorow,who shows much concern on society and human destiny. |
