| 摘 要： | 高校师生关系是高校诸多关系中最基本、最重要的人际关系之一。和谐的师生关系,是高校教育教学活动取得成功的重要保证。文章主要分析了高校和谐师生关系的内涵及其表现形式,影响高校师生关系和谐的因素,然后提出了构建和谐师生关系的对策。

Harmonious teacher-student relationship is an important guarantee for teaching activities. This paper analyzes the characteristics of university teacher-student relationship and affecting elements of harmony, and then puts forward approaches to build a harmonious teacher-student relationship. |
