| Abstract: | Starting with the meaning of intellectual property based on economy,discussing the bound-income of intellectual property protection,the paper constructs the model of intellectual property based on economy,analyzes its active function and the social net-loss caused by it.Finally,the article points out that we should rationally realize the expanding and interests' balance of intellectual property based on economy. |
