论文通过对"言语奢化"的语用失衡现象表现及其成因的分析,提出了语言环境公平的命题,剖析了语言环境不公平包括交际双方不公平,交际利益不公平,个体、整体利益和跨代语用不公平,及其对语言环境重度污染的后果,提出了力求代内、代际语言环境公平,以促进祖国语言文字积极健康地可持续发展的语用伦理观.
