衡阳市推广应用金融IC卡的对策建议

近年来,金融IC卡市场已经有了较大的发展,走在前面的国家主要集中在欧洲,随着银行卡欺诈现象的日益严重,亚太地区如日本、台湾、马来西亚、新加坡等国家也陆续启动金融IC卡市场。我国由于信用卡占银行卡的比重小、借记卡交易口令保护、货币流通尚未完全对外开放,欺诈风险相对较小,目前广泛采用的是银行磁条卡,而金融IC卡市场在我国处于发展的起步阶段。文章以我国金融IC卡市场为背景,以衡阳市为例探讨金融IC卡的推广条件,并有针对性地提出对策和建议。

Countermeasures of Application of Financial IC Card in Hengyang City

In recent years,financial IC card market has developed greatly,and the best developed countries are mainly concentrated in Europe.With the bank card fraud growing,the region such as Japan,Taiwan,Malaysia,Singapore and other countries also launched financial IC market.Because of Chins credit card just accounting for a small proportion of bank card,debit card transaction password protection and currency in circulation is not yet fully open to the outside world,fraud risk is relatively small.The bank magnetic stripe card is widely used at present,while financial card market in our country is at the initial stage of development.In this paper,countermeasures and suggestions will be put forward on the basis of the background information of Chinese financial IC card market with Hengyang city as an example to discuss financial IC promotion condition.
