| 摘 要： | 非公有制企业党建工作既是党的基层组织建设的重要内容 ,也是党建工作的一个新领域。随着非公有制企业的迅速发展 ,在非公有制企业开展党建工作有着重大的理论意义和现实意义。文章主要从指导思想、方针和原则三个方面对非公有制企业党建工作进行了阐述。
