中国共产党依法执政存在的问题及路径选择

发展社会主义民主政治，最根本的是坚持党的领导、人民当家做主和依法治国的协调统一，而这三者的协调统一必然要求中国共产党依法执政。坚持依法执政作为中国共产党的领导方式和执政方式的重要内容，是从制度和法律上加强和巩固党的领导，推进依法治国进程的重大举措。然而，在依法执政中存在的问题，影响我们党执政地位的巩固和执政能力的提高。因此，应采取相应的对策，解决这些问题，实现党对国家和社会领导的制度化、法治化。

Problems of Party＇s Legalized Governing and Route Selection

The fundamental way to develop socialist democratic politics is to coordinate people＇s rights of mastering the country with legalized management of state affairs. The coordination is subject to whether Party＇s governing is in accordance with law. As the important way to lead and govern the country, governing in accordance with law is a significant measure to consolidate Party＇s leadership and forward its management institutionally and legally. However, there are some problems which hold back the consolidation of Party＇s governing status and restrain the improvement of Party＇s governing ability. Therefore, countermeasures should be taken so as to realize Party＇s institutionalized and legalized governing in China.
