| 摘 要： | 在假设的前提下,人们通过建立城市土地供给与需求模型和分析不同市场形态下的土地供给行为就会发现,土地供给与土地市场的形态、土地所有者的供给行为有关,即城市土地禀赋对土地供给具有约束作用,不同市场状态下的土地供给行为对土地市场价格起着重要作用。

| Abstract: | The hypothesis, through establishing a supply-demand model of urban land supply and analyzing the land supply behavior in different forms of markets, shows that the land supply is closely related to the forms of land market as well as the supply behavior of the land owners. It means that urban land endowment restrains the land supply and accordingly land supply behaviors in different modes of markets affects the marketing prices of lands. |
