| 摘 要： | 自主创新是一个国家和民族发展的不竭动力，它的提出有其必然性。实现、自主创新，必须把握合理的理念定位，使其有利于落实科学发展观，有利于构建社会主义和谐社会，有利于加强党的执政能力建设。同时，在自主创新方面，要选择适合我国经济社会发展的路径，即在经济发展中实现自主创新，在完善制度保障体系中实现自主创新，在营造良好环境中实现自主创新。

| Abstract: | It has been admitted that active creations are the everlasting driving force for the development of all countries and nations.As for China,active creations must be beneficial to the implementation of scientific devel- opment,the construction of harmonious society and strengthening of Party's ruling power.Meanwhile,a suit- able route for the realization of active creations must be chosen:they should be realized with the development of economy,the perfecting of systems and the improving environments. |
