The Basic Logic of China＇s Political Constitution

As a new school of the academic circles concerned in China, political constitution takes politics as the nature of constitution, emphasizes the political principle of popular supremacy, and identifies constitutional enactment power as the boundary marker. Political constituion makes efforts to understand the current Constitution of China through the unity of history and national politics, and proposes a different interpretation and expectation.
