新公共管理范式下对行政管理专业教学模式的再思考

新公共管理是从20世纪80年代西方各国政府改革实践和传统公共行政的发展中演化过来的一种新的公共事务管理范式。目前,在我国行政管理教育发展中还存在着一些问题,需要对新形势下如何进行行政管理教学进行再思考。“多维发展型”、“研究型”、“案例型”和“实践型”等新公共管理范式下的行政管理专业教学模式对行政管理教育有一定的借鉴意义。

Teaching Model for Administrative Management Major in New Public Affairs Management Paradigm

Political reforms and development of the traditional public administration in the West since 1980＇ s evolved a new public affairs management paradigm, which mainly includes models like ＂multi-dimensional development＂, ＂research doing＂, ＂cases study＂ and ＂practical operations＂. As some problems still exist in the education of administrative management in China, the models used in teaching of administrative management major at college will be good references for us to improve the relative education to some extents.
