延边朝鲜族自治州边境农村贫困人口特征分析

目前,延边朝鲜族自治州认真贯彻党在农村的各项政策,积极争取各项扶贫基金,在农村扶贫开发中取得了明显的成绩。但延边朝鲜族自治州仍存在着农村贫困人口问题,尤其边境农村贫困人口问题更加突出。为此,在以延边朝鲜族自治州边境农村为对象进行实地问卷调查的基础上,客观地分析延边朝鲜族自治州边境农村贫困人口所体现出来的经济、教育、健康、年龄、生活、劳动力等方面的特征,可为今后延边朝鲜族自治州制定更有效的边境农村扶贫政策提供一定的借鉴。

Analysis of the Features of Poverty-striken Population in Border Rural Areas of Yanbian

As the Party＇s policies for the development of rural areas have been implemented earnestly in Yanbian Korean Autonomous Prefecture,poverty alleviation has achieved a lot at present.However,serious poverty problem still exist,esp.in border areas.A field survey of the poverty-stricken population in the border areas of Yanbian focusing on the economy,education,health,age,living conditions and labor force will offer reference to the policy making for poverty alleviation in Yanbian.
