Liu Shao Ji's Contributions to the Theory of Localization of Marxism in China during Yan'an Period

Liu Shao Ji, one of the chief leaders of CPC, had made brilliant exposition of the proposition of ＂localization of Marxism in China＂ during Yan＇an Period （1937-1947）. He was the first one who proposed the two concepts of ＂localization of Marxism in China＂ and ＂Marxism with Chinese features＂, and analyzed the relations between them. Based on Mao Tse-tung＇s Thoughts, he not only expounded the theoretical system of ＂Marxism with Chinese features＂ and concluded the historical experience of the localization of Marxism, but also emphasized that the history of the Party was in fact the history of Marxist localization in China. The Party＇s self-construction was of great importance to the localization of Marxism.
