| 摘 要： | 路径依赖是新制度经济学提出的关于制度变迁解释的理论，指人类社会中的技术演进或制度变迁均有类似于物理学中的惯性，即一旦进入某一路径就可能对这种路径产生依赖。用路径依赖的基本理论研究分析承包制在中国改革的历程中从农业领域扩散到工业领域和财政管理体系过程，认为制度在不同领域的扩散也是路径依赖的一种形式，提出制度在不同领域的移植并不一定成功。
