食品安全的社会治理

食品安全问题是社会治理问题。食品安全的社会治理有三个维度：一是生产者、销售者自我道德约束;二是行业自律;三是政府监管。目前食品安全社会治理存在的问题是过分注重政府监管,忽视行业自律,诚信道德文化缺乏,安全食品生产和消费的机制没有理顺。打造食品安全的长效机制,必须重视诚信文化建设,以＂业必归会＂为原则组建强有力的行业组织并使之发挥行业自律功能,注重发挥农村专业合作社在食品安全中特殊作用,采取措施理顺安全食品生产和消费机制。

Social Management of Food Safety
