关于建立院级教学质量监控与保障体系的探讨

随着教学规模的扩大以及促进学生个性发展和培养高素质人才的需要,在校级教学质量监控与保障体系的指导下,建立院级教学质量监控与保障体系日显重要。结合教学管理工作实际,对建立院级教学质量监控与保障体系进行了探讨。学院应建立教学工作小组、督导员小组和学生代表小组等机构,并规范各机构的工作机制,使教学质量监控制度化、规范化。教学质量监控的主要环节是课堂教学、实践教学和毕业设计及学院的日常教学管理工作。

Discussion on Establishment of Teaching Quality Monitoring and Guarantee System

With the expansion of teaching scale as well as the increasing demand of promoting student individual personalities development and fostering high-quality personnel,it becomes increasingly important to establish the college level teaching quality monitoring and guarantee system under the direction of university level teaching quality monitoring and guarantee system.Based on the practical teaching management work,this paper discusses the establishment of the college level teaching quality monitoring and guarantee system.Colleges should establish teaching working group,teacher supervisor group,student supervisor group,ect,and standardize the working mechanism to ensure that teaching quality monitoring and guarantee is institutionalized and standardized.The main objects of teaching quality monitoring are classroom teaching,practice teaching,graduation design and college＇s daily teaching management work.
