| 摘 要： | 制度创新是大学管理创新的前提和保证。本文针对我国大学管理实际,提出了从现代大学治理与领导制度、学术自由与学术制度、激活动力与人事制度、资产运作与财务制度、人才培养与教学制度等方面实现大学制度的创新和超越,并对制度创新的动力、理念、精神、标志等问题作了探讨。

It also explores such issues as motivation, philosophy, spirit and symbol of system innovation. |
