| 摘 要： | 校、院(系)二级管理是当前多数高校的研究生管理模式。明确学校研究生部和院(系)在研究生管理中各自的职责,理顺两者的关系,充分调动两个方面的积极性,对提高研究生培养教育的质量具有重要作用。
