浅论中华茶文化的素质教育功能

摘    要:现阶段我国高等教育改革中 ,已经越来越重视人文素质教育。在高校在校生规模日益扩大的今天 ,如何提高大学生的综合素质 ,已经成为当今社会关注的焦点。笔者认为 ,在校大学生除必须完成专业科目的修习外 ,还应该继承和发扬祖国的传统优秀文化 ,并以此来丰富和提高人文素质。中国传统饮食文化中的茶文化对大学生人文素质的提高与完善具有积极的作用。

Abstract:At present, colleges and universities students' humanism quality education is more and more emphasized in our high education reform. Entering the new era, students of college and universities has been increasing. So, how to improve college students' comprehensive quality has become a hot topic. In order to enrich and develop their humanism quality, I think students of colleges and students must not only learn special courses, but also inherit and develop our traditional excellent culture. Choosing Culture of tea as one kind of traditional catering culture, the article expounds that excellent culture makes positive effect on improvement and perfection of colleges and universities students.
