Connotation Bases for Homogeneity in Zhouyi and Taoism

Although Zhouyi is different from Taoism in such aspects as connotation and way of formulation, the two are identical in many respects. For example, they both base on the nature and have harmony as their orientation. The connotation of Zhouyi is from ＂Jing＂ to ＂Chuan＂ and ＂Xue＂, but that of Taoism if from ＂Yuan＂ to ＂Jia＂ and ＂Jiao＂. Thus they always share the same root, source, system and school. Yi and Taoism are syncretic, which has become the eternal mainstream and root in Chinese traditional culture.
