| 摘 要： | 大学课程选择是大学课程编制中较为复杂而又研究不多的一环。本文借鉴管理心理学中的期望理论,建立并分析了大学课程选择中的期望理论及公式,进而在此基础上提出了几点一般选择原则,可以说是对这一领域进行多学科研究的一种新的尝试。

| Abstract: | College curriculum selection is a complicated step in curriculum research,but has not been paid more attention to.From the expectancy theory in management psychology,this essay establishes and analysis of the expectancy theory in curriculum selection.Then it puts forward five selective rules.It can say this is a new try for multi-subject research in curriculum field. |
