| Abstract: | Economic globalization has become an irresistible trend of contemporary world economic development. Under its influence, more extensive international cooperation is going on in the fields of scientific and technological research and development. The globalization of S&T activities and their influence constitutes the theme of S&T globalization, which brings both precious development opportunities and severe challenges. The key for us is to establish the right S&T globalization strategy that is based on the economic developments of our country. |
