论图书馆的人性化管理

摘    要:图书馆管理中,人的管理是关键,图书馆事业发展和其 工作特点都需要图书馆实行人性化的管理。人性化管理是以尊重人的思想为基础的管理,它 由重视人到以人为中心,再到人是被管理者又是管理者来逐步达到人性化的管理,其实质是 “以人为本”的管理。图书馆应营造一种以“尊重职工、信任职工”为基准的人性化环境, 建立公正公平的竞争、奖励机制,以关注职工的发展等人性化的管理方式来推动 图书馆事业的发展。

Abstract:Humanity managment is the key component o f library management.Determined by the development and characteristics of libarary,humanity management is in urgent need whose essence is the behefits of people . The management is based on the idea of giving respect to employees and it achieves its goal by giving enough attention to employees,laying emphasis on empl oyees and obtai ning the harmony between the employees and the managers.So the libraries should create an atmosphere which is showing respect to and placing trust in the emplo yee s and found an effective system for fair competition and approriate awards to cultivate the employees' sensitivity.This will lead to the sm ooth development of libraries.
