试论教师教育课程设置的职前职后一体化

摘    要:教师教育课程设置职前职后一体化是教师教育职前职后一体化的重要内容,对于教师专业发展具有重要的意义。目前,我国的教师教育在课程设置上普遍存在的问题是职前职后课程体系相互独立,互不关照,教师专业发展的各个阶段的课程设置缺乏系统性与连贯性。这种现象的产生,与人们的教育观念、教师教育各阶段的培养培训目标的确定、教育教学管理机制与实施机构等多种因素有关。我们要以教师专业发展为导向,用终身教育的理念来规划教师教育的职前职后培训,合理确定各个阶段的培养培训目标,进行课程体系设计,使得教师教育各阶段的课程设置,既相互独立,又相互关照,形成科学合理、体系连贯的教师教育课程体系。

Abstract:Setting up the teacher-education curriculum is of great importance in improving teachers' majors.At present,the common problem existing in setting up the teacher-education courses is that these courses are independent from one another and there is no systematicness and consitstency in each stage of establishment of the courses.Thus this paper holds that we should regulate the program of teachers' training with the ideology of lifetime education and determine the training goals of each stage reasonably.In this way,a scientific and coherent system of teacher-education courses will be formed successfully.
