增长极与区域经济增长的外向带动

将区域经济增长置于大国模型下考察 ,我们发现在一国内部 ,经济增长总是最先出现在某些极点上 ,然后通过扩散—回流效应对经济发展的全局产生影响。然而 ,我国区域经济增长的俱乐部效应表明 ,不同区域发展缺乏内在联系 ,未能实现区域经济联动。究其原因 ,是由地区产业结构同构导致增长极外向带动效应趋弱所致。因此 ,对特定区域增长而言 ,域外经济带动的关键在于增长级的培育以及不同增长极之间的衔接与互补。这就要求不同地区必须围绕增长级配置产业链 ,实行区域经济一体化 ,确定产业结构导向

Growth pole and external push of the regional economic growth

Surveying the regional economic growth in a large country, we found that within a country economic growth always appears in some point of poles, then affectes the entire economic development through a diffusion-back effect. But the e ffect of club in my country means there is a weak internal connection in differe nt regional development. This essay expresses that the reason is the similar reg ional industry structures resulting in a weak effect of external push of the growth p oles. So for the exact region growth, the key point of external push is the cult ivatio n of the growth poles and the connection and complement between the different gr owth poles. It demands different regions collocating the chain of industries sur rounding growth pole, promoting regional economic integration and determining th e directions of the industry structures.
