The people live in a Buddhist atmosphere of removing evils and yearning for goodness. They have the quality of goodness because being content with what they have consists in their life style. They rarely compare themselves with others, they hardly care about, lust after or dilate upon anything, and they are understated, rational, and good at budgeting carefully and surviving in difficult conditions.
