| Abstract: | The culture of science and technology originated from the West. It erected and developed in conflicting with the traditional culture of our country. Aiming at the problems in the development of our S&T culture, and considering the new characteristics of today's science and technology, this paper discusses the road of the further development of our S&T culture, and its important functions on the modernization. |
