| 摘 要： | 严复在1903至1909年间，翻译出版了孟德斯鸠所著《法意》一书，并附有多条按语，集中体现了严复的法制思想。在批判传统法制弊端的同时，严复为近代中囱构建了一幅法制蓝图，启迪了国人的法律意识，推动了清末法制由传统向近代的转型。

| Abstract: | During 1903 and 1909, Yan Fu translated one of Montesquieu＇s books and named it as ＂Fa ,Yi＂, the spirit of law, with many comments, which fully revealed his legal thoughts. Yan criticized the drawbacks of traditional legal system, and at the same time, he draw a legal blueprint for modem China, as an enlightenment on the legal awareness of the Chinese and promoted the transformation of the legal system from traditional to modem. |
