地方师范大学生职业能力培养的新途径——以忻州师范学院为例

实习支教是目前我国高等师范院校教育实习的一种重要形式。本文以忻州师范学院为个案,从师范大学生把握教材、语言表达、课堂组织、教学设计、板书设计、教学资源开发等方面进行调查研究,探索实习支教在地方师范大学生职业能力培养中的重要作用,指出实习支教已逐渐成为地方师范大学生职业能力培养的一条新途径。

Teaching Practice Supporting Education is a new Way of Cultivating Professional Ability to the Students of Regional Teachers Universities

Teaching practice supporting education is an important model of teaching practice in regional teachers universities.Through study of Xinzhou Teachers University,this paper attempts to find the important role of professional ability of teaching practice supporting education to the students of regional teachers universities from studying grasping textbook,language expression,class organization,teaching design,design of blackboard writing,teaching resources development etc.It points out that teaching practice supporting education has gradually become a new way of cultivating professional ability to the students of regional teachers universities.
