“村改居”社区治理中面临的困境

随着城市化进程的加快,"村改居"社区应运而生,这种社区不同于农村村委会,也不同于城市社区。这一新生共同体给社区治理带来了新的困惑和挑战。"村改居"后的社区主要面临社区自身角色的转换、社区自治中如何调动居民参与社区事务、发展自治组织,以便更好地管理社区等三个主要问题。"村改居"社区应该积极转换角色,引导群众积极参加社区事务,建立长效的制度机制。

Dilemma Emerging in the Project of Village Transferring to Community Construction

As the developing of urbanization, the community transferred from village is different from village and city community. This new community brings new dilemma and challenge. There are three main problems. First, the role of community needs transferring. Second, the new community finds methods to let residents manage community affairs by themselves. Third, it develops many new autonomous organization. Therefore, the community transferred from village tries to best to change the role, encourage residents to manage community affairs and build institutional mechanism in the long run and so on.
