| Abstract: | On October 11, 2005 the Communist Party of China Central Committee adopted at the fifth plenary session, ＂the CPC Central Committee on the National Economic and Social Development, the recommendations of the Tenth Five-Year Plan＂ and the ＂CPC Central Conunittee and State Council on promoting the socialist Several Opinions of the construction of new countryside, ＂ the announcement and publication, ＂ construction of new socialist countryside ＂as the crack＂ of three rural issues a permanent cure, has become a great conceru of the whole society to make the mainstream discourse. |
