摘    要:在教师队伍专业化发展的过程中,反思已经成为最重要的自我发展手段。本文从反思的概念、内容、过程、策略、方法出发对反思及反恩性教学在教师自我专业发展和对今后教育教学实践中的作用做了简单的叙述,为的是使反恩成为教师日常教学的自觉行为:

Abstract:Reflective teaching is one of pretty important means in professional development of Chinese Teachers of English in Universities .This paper focuses on its concept, contents, and its strategies. It shows that reflective teaching does good to practice and it benefits for teacher autonomous development.
